Is Tammy Nails & Spa the same salon as Jabooda Nail & Spa?
Same location, new name, new owner. Tammy Nails & Spa took over from Jabooda Nail & Spa at 1835 S Burlington Blvd, Suite 121. Under our new ownership, we’re still updating Facebook, Yelp and other sites, so you may see the old name come up in your search results.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure a technician is ready for you. Book online or call 360‑757‑6245.
What kinds of pedicures do you offer?
We have 8 spa pedicures, one for every occasion. Our most popular, the Sweet Treat ($45), is the classic everyone swears by: a warm soak, sugar scrub, mud mask and massage. Want something gentle? The paraben‑free Enummi Pedicure comes with a cool, minty leg massage. Need a real reset? The Detox Pedicure is one full hour of foot heaven. You’ll also find herbal, champagne and pick‑your‑scent pedicures, all the way up to the Milk & Honey Bubbly Pedicure at $95, our ultimate treat‑yourself pedicure.
What's the difference between gel and regular polish?
Regular polish air-dries and usually lasts 5 to 7 days. Gel is cured under a light, so it's dry the moment you leave and stays glossy for up to 3 weeks with proper care.
How often should I get a fill?
It’s recommended to get a fill every two to three weeks for acrylic and Gel‑X sets, depending on how fast your nails grow.
How do I book for more than one person?
Each person can book their own appointment online, or give us a call at 360‑757‑6245 and we'll book you together. The same goes for birthdays, bridal parties and bigger groups.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes and cancellations are free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is 50% of your booked services, and a missed appointment is the full price.
How do you keep your tools clean?
We keep strict hygiene standards and sterilize all tools and equipment after each use.

Where are you located, and when are you open?
We're at 1835 S Burlington Blvd, Suite 121, in Burlington, WA 98233, next to Mattress Firm and Starbucks. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and closed on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary, so please call ahead.

Is your salon near Mount Vernon?
Yes. We're in Burlington, the hub of Skagit Valley, about 10 minutes north of downtown Mount Vernon. Clients visit us from all around the valley, including Mount Vernon, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner and Conway.
